General terms

1. Terms 

The following general terms of sale and delivery of Universal Test Solution Sdn. Bhd. (UTS) shall apply in the absence of other written agreement.

2. Prices and payment

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. Your card will be debited in US Dollar (USD), so the exact amount you are charged in your local currency will depend on the current exchange rate. For payment using bank transfer method, we will send you our bank account details when you place your order. 

Goods will be charged at the price in effect at the time of ordering. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the UTS website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.

Please note that you may have to pay import duty when the goods arrive in your country. Universal Test Solution Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for these charges.

3. Back orders

If the goods ordered are not in stock, we will inform you of the expected time of delivery and, if possible, we will also inform you of any subsequent changes in the time of delivery. 

4. Shipping

We primarily ship UPS for international orders. For Malaysia domestic orders, we use GDEX, POSLAJU or other local courier services upon request. Shipping varies per item but we try our best to charge exact shipping prices.

5. Risk of goods

The risk of goods bought at UTS is transferred to you as a purchaser at the time of delivery.

6. Complaints and guarantees
Any flaws or shortcomings at the time of delivery from UTS are to be advised within reasonable time from the discovery of the flaw. It is your duty to state and, on request, show the nature of the flaw or shortcoming. You must report a flaw to UTS as quickly as possible upon discovery. 

7. Returns

Returns can be permitted in special instances subject to written agreement with UTS. In the case of return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We retain the right but not the obligation to debit any additional costs or non-attained trading profit.

8. Privacy

All information about our customers is kept private and is never passed on to any third party (privacy policy). 

9. Amendments

Universal Test Solution Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the current General Terms and Conditions without notice.
